Good to Know
Do I need any experience to join?
No — courses are beginner-friendly. If you’ve tried an app or read a little, that’s fine too, but no prior knowledge is needed.
Do I need to be flexible or physically fit?
Not at all. Mindfulness isn’t exercise — it’s about awareness. Practices are seated, and you’re encouraged to make yourself comfortable.
Can I join online?
Yes. Some courses are also offered on Zoom. You only need a device with internet and a quiet space.
Is mindfulness religious?
No. While it has roots in Buddhist traditions, the courses I teach are secular and evidence-based. People of all backgrounds are welcome.
