There May Be A Better Way To Live:
What Is Mindfulness
“Mindfulness is about seeing things just as they are, without thinking about them or trying to make them different. It is doing whatever you are doing in full presence.”
Mindfulness is a practice rooted in meditation and supported by scientific evidence. It offers a way to reduce stress and foster a greater sense of ease and acceptance in your daily life. It's centered around being fully present and handling life's challenges with calm and wisdom.
The beauty of mindfulness is its accessibility; you don’t need specific skills or background to learn it. I'm here to provide guidance and support as you explore your journey toward self-discovery and better self-care.
You can choose to participate in our small, supportive groups, or if you prefer a more personalized approach, we can explore private learning opportunities. Additionally, for organizations interested in introducing mindfulness to their teams or clients, I offer customized introductory sessions.

New to online meditation groups?
Some of my mindfulness classes meet online, allowing you to join from home and connect with others. The Zoom meeting tool is user-friendly and doesn't require much setup.
What you need to join:
A PC/Laptop/Macbook, tablet or phone. You can check the operating requirements of Zoom here: https://bit.ly/2yKs99X
A webcam and microphone (most devices have these)
Headphones (optional)
An internet connection
A private space where you can remain undisturbed and comfortable during the sessions
Somewhere to sit on (chair, cushion on the floor). If you prefer lying down during meditation, a blanket or a yoga mat to protect from the hard floor.
Mindfulness is a personal journey, and there are no rigid rules. In my classes I offer suggestions and options, but you're encouraged to do what feels right for you. Confidentiality is important, so find a quiet space to join us on Zoom, where you can focus without disruptions. Don't worry if unexpected things happen; mindfulness teaches us to adapt. You can mute your line and turn off your camera if needed.
